This site was created to offer band directors a resource of concert pieces for bands to practice sight-reading. Currently, this site offers arrangements that align with the guidelines for Level I, II, and III of the Texas University Interscholastic League (UIL) sight-reading rubric. Future plans are to have all levels available. Not only are these selections valuable for preparing your band to successfully sight-read, they can also be performed on a fall or spring concert.

This site also has beginning band music that is written for the student's first concert and more challenging music for the beginning students end of the year performances. Under the "Concert Selections" tab, you will find other music that does not follow the UIL rubric for sight-reading. The level of of difficulty for each piece is defined in the following categories: Easy, Medium, Medium Difficult, and Advanced.

All music purchased comes in a digital download format.

Custom arrangements are also available. Please contact us for more information. jcrummel@JLCMusicPub.com

I hope you will find music that will help enhance your students learning experience.

Enjoy listening!
